My intense desire to make this world a safe place for the children, comes forth from my own traumatic youth of sexual abuse.

In 2018, step by step, the memories of what really happened in my childhood emerged. My body guided me through this process, revealing only what I could bear.

It became a journey of 5 years of reliving and processing all that had happened.

In this book I take you with me on my journey of discovering what was hidden deep inside of me. I will share my entire healing process in the hope more people can be healed this way.
